Neffertice Joy is the founder of Beauty & Healing, Inc., a wellness experience architect, licensed esthetician, MSW,  therapist, facilitator, coach, and consultant. 

Blending clinical insight, cultural wisdom, beauty rituals, and lived experience, she creates healing-centered spaces where Black women and other historically overlooked communities can feel seen, restored, and reconnected. 

Through coaching, workshops, retreats, community gatherings, and workplace wellness experiences, Neffertice helps people strengthen boundaries, navigate life transitions, regulate cultural exhaustion, and move beyond survival toward lives that feel as good as they look.
